1. Who is responsible
Armands Strazds, c/o ZimeCode GmbH, Flughafenallee 26, 28199 Bremen, Germany, e-mail contact@zimecode.com, has run zime.center as a private, non-commercial website since 1999 and is the controller of the personal data processed here (Art. 4(7) GDPR).
2. zime.center in archive mode
zime.center is moving to ZimeCode. Since 23.10.2026 the site only shows a notice: ZIMEs can no longer be created, accounts can no longer be used, and no galleries or names are shown. ZIME images embedded elsewhere keep working. The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other providers.
3. What is processed now

Passwords of zime.center are made invalid and are not carried over anywhere.
4. Move to ZimeCode and who receives the data
- Hosting: STRATO GmbH, Berlin, Germany, runs the server of this site as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
- ZimeCode: Since 15.10.2026 ZimeCode GmbH, Bremen, keeps a copy of the zime.center data as a processor for me (Art. 28 GDPR), on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; e-mails it sends go through Scaleway SAS, France. ZimeCode GmbH becomes responsible for your data only if you take them over: on zimecode.com under "forgot password" you enter your e-mail address, open the link you receive, set a new password and agree to the move. Nobody is written to unasked.
- No data are sold or transferred outside the EU/EEA.
5. How long data are kept
Data that nobody has taken over to ZimeCode are deleted 12 months after the takeover opens, at the latest on 31.12.2027. You can ask for deletion at any time before that.
6. If someone created a ZIME with your data (Art. 14 GDPR)
ZIMEs could be created for other people. If your name, date of birth or e-mail address was entered by someone else, these data came from that person. You can ask which data we hold about you and have them deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to contact@zimecode.com. 1. Kas ir atbildīgs
Armands Strazds, c/o ZimeCode GmbH, Flughafenallee 26, 28199 Brēmene, Vācija, e-pasts contact@zimecode.com, kopš 1999. gada uztur zime.center kā privātu, nekomerciālu vietni un ir šeit apstrādāto personas datu pārzinis (VDAR 4. panta 7. punkts).
2. zime.center arhīva režīmā
zime.center pāriet uz ZimeCode. Kopš 23.10.2026 vietne rāda tikai paziņojumu: ZĪMES vairs nevar izveidot, kontus vairs nevar izmantot, un netiek rādītas ne galerijas, ne vārdi. Citur iegultie ZĪMJU attēli turpina darboties. Vietne neizmanto sīkdatnes un neielādē neko no citiem pakalpojumu sniedzējiem.

zime.center paroles tiek padarītas nederīgas un netiek nekur pārņemtas.
4. Pāreja uz ZimeCode un datu saņēmēji
- Mitināšana: STRATO GmbH, Berlīne, Vācija, kā apstrādātājs (VDAR 28. pants) uztur šīs vietnes serveri.
- ZimeCode: Kopš 15.10.2026 ZimeCode GmbH, Brēmene, kā apstrādātājs manā uzdevumā (VDAR 28. pants) glabā zime.center datu kopiju uz Hetzner Online GmbH serveriem Vācijā; tās sūtītie e-pasti iet caur Scaleway SAS, Francija. ZimeCode GmbH kļūst atbildīga par Taviem datiem tikai tad, ja Tu tos pārņem: zimecode.com sadaļā „Aizmirsi paroli“ Tu ievadi savu e-pasta adresi, atver saņemto saiti, iestati jaunu paroli un piekrīti pārejai. Neviens netiek uzrunāts bez paša pieprasījuma.
- Dati netiek pārdoti vai pārsūtīti ārpus ES/EEZ.
5. Cik ilgi dati tiek glabāti
Dati, kurus neviens nav pārņēmis uz ZimeCode, tiek dzēsti 12 mēnešus pēc pārņemšanas sākuma, vēlākais 31.12.2027. Tu vari pieprasīt dzēšanu jebkurā laikā pirms tam.
6. Ja kāds ir izveidojis ZĪMI ar Taviem datiem (VDAR 14. pants)
ZĪMES varēja izveidot arī citiem cilvēkiem. Ja Tavu vārdu, dzimšanas datumu vai e-pasta adresi ievadīja kāds cits, dati ir iegūti no šīs personas. Tu vari jautāt, kādi dati par Tevi mums ir, un pieprasīt tos dzēst.
7. Tavas tiesības
Tev ir tiesības piekļūt datiem (15. pants), tos labot (16. pants), dzēst (17. pants), ierobežot apstrādi (18. pants), uz datu pārnesamību (20. pants) un iebilst pret apstrādi, kuras pamatā ir leģitīmās intereses (VDAR 21. pants).
